Buttermilk Coconut Cake

Ingredients (for one sheet cake, approx. 30 × 40 cm)
For the batter:

3 eggs

2 cups sugar

2 cups buttermilk

4 cups flour

1 ½ packets baking powder

For the topping:

2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup sugar

2 cups whipping cream (200 ml each)
