Ingredients
125 g plain yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended for thickness)
2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
1 tsp mustard (optional, for tanginess)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or neutral seed oil
Salt to taste
Pepper (optional)
Tip: Use full-fat yogurt for a richer, creamier texture. Low-fat yogurt works for an even lighter version.
