beef tips rice & gravy

DIRECTIONS
1.Cube the beef into 1″ pieces. Pop ’em into a bowl. Add Worcestershire & hot sauce, then season
with whatever makes ya little heart happy!

2. Cover and pop into the ice box (fridge)& marinate overnight.

3. In a large cast iron pot, heat the oil. Brown the beef tips down, in small batches, on medium
high heat. Dice the onion, bell peppers, and celery.

4.When the beef is all browned, seat aside.

5. In that same pot, melt the butter & sauté the veggies on medium heat, stirring often, for about 1 hour. Add the garlic & sauté another minute.

6.Add back in the beef, with the bouillon. Cover with ice, pop the lid on, with a crack in it.
Simmer as long as you possibly can.

7.Serve hot, over white rice.
