1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Mixture
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, Ranch seasoning mix, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and the crumbled bacon.
2. Add Biscuits
Cut each biscuit into quarters. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until evenly coated.
3. Bake
Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 25–35 minutes, until the biscuits are cooked through and the casserole is hot and bubbly.
