Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp smoked paprika

For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:

8 oz pasta shells (conchiglie)

2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish:

Fresh parsley

Additional Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Sear the Steak Bites
Heat olive oil and 3 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.

Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet. Stir constantly for 1 minute.

Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika. Let flavors meld.

Step 4: Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
Lower heat and add 2 tbsp butter. Once melted, gradually whisk in heavy cream until smooth.

Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens and becomes glossy.

Step 5: Combine Steak and Pasta
Toss the cooked pasta shells into the creamy Parmesan sauce until evenly coated.

Gently fold the seared steak bites back into the skillet, allowing them to absorb the sauce.

Step 6: Serve
Divide into plates or bowls.

Garnish with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
