LOW CARB BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE

Instructions:
Brown the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook 1 pound of ground beef until fully browned.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Add Aromatics:
Add 1 small diced onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet with the ground beef.
Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
Season the Mixture:
Stir in 1 teaspoon dried mustard, 1 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Mix well to coat the beef and onion mixture with the spices.
Introduce Tanginess:
Add 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup and 2 tablespoons yellow mustard to the skillet.
Stir to combine, allowing the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
Prepare the Casserole:
Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×9-inch casserole dish.
Layer with Goodness:
Sprinkle 6 slices of crumbled bacon evenly over the beef mixture.
Add Cheesy Bliss:
Spread 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the bacon and beef mixture.
Whisk and Pour:
In a separate bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs and 1/2 cup of heavy cream until well combined.
Pour the egg and cream mixture over the casserole, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Bake to Perfection:
Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the casserole for about 25-30 minutes.
Keep an eye on it until the top is golden brown, and the eggs are set.
Garnish and Serve:
Once cooked, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
