Southern Fried Salmon Patties

Form the patties
Shape the mixture into patties, about the size of your palm (you should get around 6 patties from this recipe).

Fry ’em up
Heat about 1/4 inch of oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. When hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet. Fry for about 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

Drain and serve
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Serve warm with lemon wedges, hot sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce. They’re great with grits, collard greens, or mashed potatoes.
